    In these profound and relevant National Supreme Court of Justice sentences we fi nd historical, fi nancial, institutional and specially, federal and constitutional analysis of the National Constitutional Convention of 1994 which constitutionalized the tax-sharing system. It is a hallmark in our jurisprudence in this decisive topic of our fi scal federalism, as a result of an appropriated role as guardian of the Federal Constitution.
